What KinaBot does not retain by default

Raw audio recordings and full transcripts are not retained after processing. They are not sent to OpenAI for scoring.

How we protect information

KinaBot uses encrypted connections and access controls designed to protect information during transmission and storage. Access to production data is limited to authorized operational purposes.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We review and improve our safeguards as the product evolves.
